I hereby agree to be registered as a volunteer with the organization “PAHF”.

I agree that in signing this form I have read and accepted the PAHF Volunteer Policy and all Terms & Conditions.

I will maintain a positive attitude and portray a good image of Forum, both inside and outside the organization.

I will provide service to others, promote integrity, goodwill and peace through my experience.

I am having good reputation and no criminal or controversial record or litigations.

BOD’s shall have the right to accept, refuse , suspend or terminate the membership and under no obligation to disclose the reasons for such a decision.

Board is authorized to take disciplinary action anytime against misconduct or misdeclaration by any member if found correct.

✔         Represent the best interests of the members and the organization over and above personal and professional interests.

✔         Respect confidentiality of information received in the course of meetings and activities.

✔         Not to speak on behalf of the PAHF unless designated by the BOD’s.

✔         No hate speech racism and discrimination

No one is allowed to use negative or foul language and behavior. Automatically terminate when a person no longer meets the volunteer qualifications.
